- 1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
- 1 bottle (750ml) Rioja red wine
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 cup fresh peach slices
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 navel orange, cut in quarters
- Place cinnamon stick in the blender pitcher.
- Select SAUTE.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Select COCKTAIL.
- Pour mixture through a strainer and discard pulp. Serve warm.
